 First Lady Linda Daugaard will discuss the findings and recommendations of the South Dakota Governor’s Task Force on Infant Mortality at a noon meeting of the Downtown Rapid City Rotary Club on January 26. The First Lady’s presentation will begin at approximately 12:30 p.m. and she will be available for questions or interviews following the meeting.
