Monday, June 18, Pierre – The South Dakota Board on Geographic Names will meet at 3 p.m. CDT at the Department of Tourism and State Development building, 910 East Sioux Avenue. The board will discuss changing the name of Negro Creek, which is located in Ziebach County.

 

Monday, June 18, Pierre, 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. CDT  – The South Dakota Task Force on Teen Driving Safety will hear comments from a group of South Dakota teens at its meeting at the RedRossa Italian Grille meeting room, 808 West Sioux Avenue. The task force will discuss driver education issues and potential legislation affecting teen driving. Wednesday, June 20, Sioux Falls, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CDT – The first South Dakota Health Link Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn City Centre in Sioux Falls from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The conference will bring together health care providers, health facilities, information technology personnel, and others for updates on Health Link, a secure platform allowing providers to consult and share test results for better patient outcomes. The conference will include in-depth sessions on the technical aspects of the system as well as information for providers and facilities on connectivity, deployment and implementation.
