State prison inmate back in custody
(Pierre, S.D.)- A state prison inmate who failed to return from his work release job today is back in custody.
Inmate Jason Lucas returned to Unit C, the minimum-security unit of the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls, this afternoon.
