South Dakota Law Enforcement Officials Continue To Seek The Public's Help Into Locating Escaped Florida Convict

 

PIERRE, S.D.  – South Dakota Law Enforcement Officials continue to seek the public's help into locating escaped Florida convict Oscar Antonio Herrera-Menjivar.

 

Herrera-Menjivar was last seen at 11:00 a.m. this morning just east of Dolton, South Dakota in Turner County.  Herrera-Menjivar is described as standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was seen wearing shorts, a dark colored t-shirt.

 

He has asked for assistance from locals in the area. He was last seen heading North, but likely heading towards Interstate I 90.
