*A statement from Gov. Dennis Daugaard on today’s 8th U.S. Circuit of Appeals decision that a 2005 state law regulating abortions is constitutional:
"This is an important ruling that upholds South Dakota's requirement that mothers considering an abortion receive complete information. I commend the Attorney General and those he worked with for obtaining this favorable result."
