U.S. Highway 14 Bridge Rehabilitation Work East of Brookings 

 

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Rehabilitation of three bridges east of Brookings on U.S. Highway 14 began today (Tuesday, July 31).

 

Traffic will be reduced to one lane during construction and will be controlled with temporary signal systems.

 

Motorists can expect some delays during peak driving hours in the mornings and afternoons.

 

The work is expected to take about one month to complete. 

 

PCI Roads LLC of Saint Michael, Minnesota, is the prime contractor for the $451,175 project.
