Thursday, March 6, 3 p.m. CST A building committee of the South Dakota Board of Regents will meet by teleconference to approve a facility design plan for the BHSU Jonas Science Renovation. Contact Tracy Mercer at 605-773-3455 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting for information about telephonic access to this meeting. Public access is also available at the Board of Regents’ office in Pierre, located at 306 E. Capitol Ave., Suite 200. Thursday, March 6, 8:30 a.m. CST, Pierre, Floyd Matthew Training Center, 523 E. Capitol Ave. DENR’s Water Management Board will meet. Agenda items include a legislative update, Rapid Valley water master, violations for failure to report on irrigation questionnaire, amendment to qualification on a water right, cancellation considerations, seven year review of future use permits, consideration of some water permit applications and consideration of deferred applications from Upper Vermillion: Missouri aquifer.
