Department of Human Services Participating In “RespectAbility” Webinar

 

 

PIERRE, S.D. - The Department of Human Services (DHS) and RespectAbility are providing a webinar Monday, June 6, at 1p.m. (CDT). This webinar will cover South Dakota’s practices and initiatives that have led to the highest employment rate for individuals with disabilities in the country.

 

DHS Cabinet Secretary Gloria Pearson will provide information and discuss the steps that the state has and continues to take to ensure individuals with disabilities find employment. 

 

Pearson said, “Employment for people with disabilities is one of the prime initiatives of the department and, this webinar is another way we can promote that”.
