Monday, June 26, to Wednesday, June 28, Whitefish, Mont. – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will participate in the Western Governors’ Annual Meeting in Whitefish, Montana.

 

Thursday, June 29, 2 p.m. CDT, Sioux Falls – First Lady Linda Daugaard will speak at the GenCyber Girls in CybHER Security summer camp held at Dakota State University.

Monday, June 26, 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. CDT, Pierre – The South Dakota Unemployment Insurance Advisory Council will hold a meeting at the Missouri River Plaza, 123 W. Tuesday, June 27, to Thursday, June 29, Aberdeen – The South Dakota Board of Regents will meet on the campus of Northern State University for its regular business meeting. Informal budget hearings for Fiscal Year 2019 begin at 2:45 p.m. CDT Tuesday, June 27, followed by a campus community forum at 5 p.m. in the Student Center’s Centennial Rooms. Executive sessions are scheduled Tuesday at 6 p.m., Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and again from 2:15 to 5:15 p.m. The regents’ business meeting convenes at 9 a.m. Thursday, June 29, in the Student Center’s Centennial Rooms on the NSU campus. Tuesday, June27, to Thursday, June 28 – Bring Your ‘A’ Game to Work encompasses seven different skills including Appreciation, Attitude, Attendance, Appearance, Ambition, Accountability and Acceptance. These soft skills and a willingness to take direction are generally more desired by employers than the specific skills a particular job requires. This is an eight-hour course offered in a one-day setting or in two four-hour settings. This workshop will be offered at the following locations:
