Tuesday, Aug. 8, 9:30 a.m. CDT – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will be a guest on KXLG 99.1FM with David Law.

 

Thursday, Aug. 10, 12 p.m. CDT, Sioux Falls – Gov. Dennis Daugaard is speaking at the 2017 ASBSD/SASD Joint Convention at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.

 

Thursday, Aug. 10, 1:30 p.m. CDT, Sioux Falls – Lt. Gov. Matt Michels will speak at a drug court commencement ceremony at the Sioux Falls Courthouse in Courtroom 6B. 

 

Thursday, Aug. 10, 5 p.m. CDT, Sisseton, 205 Orchard Drive – Lt. Gov. Matt Michels will be the keynote speaker at the 50th anniversary celebration for Coteau des Prairies Health Care Systems.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 8, to Thursday, Aug. 10, Pierre – The South Dakota Board of Regents meets at River Rock Lodge for its annual planning session and regular business meeting. The regents’ planning session begins at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, at River Rock Lodge, located east of Pierre at 20940 296th Ave. An executive session is scheduled Tuesday, Aug. 2, from 4-7 p.m. CDT. The planning session continues on Wednesday and concludes Thursday morning. The business meeting convenes at 1:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, Aug. 10, also at River Rock Lodge. The agenda includes adoption of a budget request for Fiscal Year 2019.
