Gov. Dennis Daugaard’s Public Commitments; Public Meetings:

 

Monday, Aug. 14, 1 p.m. CDT – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will be a guest on KGFX’s South Dakota Perspective with Mark Swartzell.

 

Monday, Aug. 14, 1:30 p.m. CDT, Pierre, Ramkota – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will speak and help present 52 veterans with the Republic of China Mutual Defense Commemorative Badge at a ceremony recognizing South Dakota Veterans who served in Taiwan during from 1955 to 1979.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 15, Centerville Centerville will be South Dakota’s Capital for a Day. Activities for the day will include a Main Street walk, tours around Centerville and a roundtable meeting.  At 10 a.m. CDT citizens are encouraged to attend the community social being held at Centerville Senior Center, 548 Broadway St., where they will have the chance to talk one-on-one with Gov. Dennis Daugaard. First Lady Linda Daugaard will read at the Centerville Community Library at 1:10 p.m.

 

Wednesday, Aug 16, 4 p.m. CDT, Sioux Falls – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will speak at the stamp dedication ceremony being held at the Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum in Sioux Falls.
