Wednesday, Oct. 25, 10 a.m. CDT, Pierre – The South Dakota Appraisers Certification Program will hold a public meeting at 308 S. Pierre St., in the Appraiser Certification Program Conference Room.  A public hearing will take place to consider the adoption and amendment of proposed rule numbered § 20:14:06:01, inclusive. The effect of the proposed rule will be to adopt the 2018-2019 Edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice promulgated by The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraisal Standards Board effective Jan. 1, 2018.
