Gov. Dennis Daugaard’s Public Commitments; Public Meetings:

 

Tuesday, Nov. 21, 7 p.m. CST, Pierre, Capitol Building – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will speak at the Christmas at the Capitol Tree Lighting Ceremony. First Lady Linda Daugaard will also be present, and will introduce the child who will light the display. The holiday display will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily from Nov. 22 through Dec. 26.                                                           

 

Monday, Nov. 20, 9 a.m. CST, Sioux Falls – The South Dakota Board of Education Standards will meet in Presentation Room 189 at New Technology High School, 2205 N. Career Ave., in Sioux Falls. A proposed agenda that includes a call-in number and access code is posted at http://boardsandcommissions.sd.gov/Meetings.aspx?BoardID=32. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 9 a.m. CST, Pierre – The Transportation Commission of the South Dakota Department of Transportation will hold a meeting in the Commission Room of the Becker-Hansen building located at 700 E.
