Tuesday, Feb 27, 11:30 a.m. CST, Pierre – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will give the welcome for the State Tribal Listening Session at Red Rossa, located at 808 W. Sioux Ave., Suite 200.

 

Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2 p.m. CST, Lake Norden – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will be in Lake Norden, S.D., on Tuesday, Feb. 27 for a ceremonial groundbreaking at Agropur Cooperative, a leader in the dairy industry. Friday, March 2, 12 p.m. CST, Governor’s Large Conference Room, Capitol Building, Pierre  Lt. Gov. Matt Michels will hold a press conference at 12 p.m. CST on Friday, March 2. The press conference will be held in the Governor’s Large Conference Room on the second floor of the Capitol Building.

Wednesday, Feb. 28, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. CST, Sioux Falls – The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation will host Job Search Assistance Programs (JSAP). JSAP is a workshop for people recovering from job loss or enhancing their job search skills. Trained instructors speak on modern-day techniques used to successfully find employment. Topics covered include resume and cover letter writing, interviewing etiquette, networking effectively, using social media and much more.
