Gov. Daugaard Signs Bills Into Law


PIERRE, S.D. – Gov. Daugaard signed the following bills into law this morning:


SB 15 – revise the composition of the state trunk highway system.


SB 16 – repeal certain curb ramp construction specifications for municipalities. 


SB 31 – make an appropriation to reimburse health care professionals who have complied with the requirements for certain health care recruitment assistance programs and to declare an emergency. 


SB 34 – revise certain provisions regarding registration for pesticide products. 


SB 47 – authorize the completion of the sports performance enhancement facility arena and the outdoor track and soccer complex at the University of South Dakota, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency. 


SB 55 – revise certain provisions regarding the tax on endoparasiticides and ectoparasiticides. 


SB 74 – create an exception to the minimum difference in age between adoptive parent and child and to declare an emergency. 


SB 141 – establish certain provisions regarding pharmacy benefits management. 


HB 1033 – revise certain licensing renewal procedures for business insurance producers. 


HB 1127 – revise certain provisions relating to fees charged for security freezes. 


HB 1131 – authorize certain road district trustees and employees to receive compensation under a district contract. 


HB 1154 – revise certain provisions regarding municipal lease-purchase agreements. 


HB 1195 – revise certain provisions regarding refunds of motor vehicle license fees.
