Name Released in Deuel County Fatal Crash

Vehicle 1: 2013 Ford F-150

Deuel County, S.D.- One person died Saturday evening in a single vehicle crash in Deuel County.

Preliminary information indicates Bruce Harold Milton, age 66 of Brandt, SD was traveling northbound on 479^th Avenue just south of the 191^st Street intersection. For an unknown reason the vehicle left the roadway entering the east ditch and collided with a field approach and rolled.

Mr. Milton was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt. There were no passengers in the vehicle.  

The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. All information released so far is only preliminary.

The Highway Patrol is an agency of the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
