Monday, Dec. 16, 2 p.m. CST – The South Dakota State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), which works closely with local emergency planners, will meet via the Digital Dakota Network. Thursday, Dec. 19, Pierre, 9 a.m. CST – The Transportation Commission of the South Dakota Department of Transportation will hold a conference call meeting in Room 205 of the Becker-Hansen Building, located at 700 E.
