Thursday, Feb. 13, to Friday, Feb. 14, Tulare, Calif. – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will attend the 2014 World Ax Expo in Tulare, California, with staff from the SD Department of Agriculture.
Tuesday, Feb. 11, 3 p.m. CST – A building committee of the South Dakota Board of Regents will meet by teleconference to accept bids for Crow Peak Hall, the new residence hall project at Black Hills State University.
