SD State Fair Grandstand Ticket Sales Begin June 20th
Huron, S.D. – Grandstand tickets for the 2009 South Dakota State Fair go on sale Saturday, June 20, at 9:00 a.m. CDT.
Don’t miss the All-Star grandstand lineup for 2009! Wednesday, Sept. 2 and Thursday, Sept. 3 – Red Wilk Construction CBR Bull Bash; Friday, Sept. 4 – Chris Cagle and Mel Tillis; Saturday, Sept. 5 – Foreigner w/ Kory and the Fireflies; Sunday, Sept. 6 – The Guess Who and The Grass Roots; and Monday, Sept. 7 – Dakota State Fair Speedway Stock Car Races.
Buy a ticket package and save! Packages include two nights of bull riding and three nights of concerts.
· Standing Room/Stage-Front Package – $90
· Reserved Seating Package – $80
· VIP Package – $175 (or purchase 8 or more at $150 each!) – Includes food and drink each night, premier seating, a meet-and-greet with the artists (at artists’ discretion) and premier parking. Only a limited amount of VIP seats will be sold.
Individual ticket prices for the Bull Bash are $15 for adults and $12 for youth, ages 7-15. Children 6 and under receive free admission. All individual concert tickets are $27 for grandstand reserved seating and $32 for standing room (stage front). General admission seats for the Dakota State Fair Speedway Stock Car Races are $12 for adults and $8 for youth 7-15.
Individuals with grandstand backrests may purchase tickets in advance on June 15-16. Friends of the Fair may also purchase advance tickets, starting June 18. The Friends of the Fair program is operated through the SD State Fair Foundation. Your $50 contribution helps support the Fair and includes the ability to purchase grandstand tickets in advance. Tickets can be purchased online, at the grandstand ticket office, or by calling toll-free 866-605-FAIR. The South Dakota State Fair will run Thursday, Sept. 3, through Monday, Sept. 7.
