Sioux Falls, SD – On Tuesday, October 9th, construction was completed on Career Avenue from Innovation Street to Benson Road in Sioux Falls and the road was opened to traffic. Earthwork and seeding still needs to be completed adjacent to the roadway.  Loiseau Construction of Flandreau was the prime contractor on the project.
