41st Street to close west of Sioux Falls
 
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Beginning Tuesday (Oct. 23), crews will close County Road 148 (W. 41st St.) between the Tea\Ellis Road (County 139) and SD17. Traffic will be detoured north to SD42 using the Tea\Ellis Road on the east end and SD17 on the west end.
 
Crews will be removing the existing pipe and installing a new box culvert across County Road 148 (West 41st Street) approximately one mile east of SD17.The road will be closed throughout the project’s duration, which is expected to last approximately three weeks.
 
The prime contractor is McLaughlin & Schulz Inc. of Marshall, MN.
