Monday, Aug. 25, 2 – 2:30 p.m. CDT – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will be a guest on 1240 AM KCCR’s Ask the Governor Show with Tony Mangan.
Tuesday, Aug. 26, 3:30 – 4 p.m. CDT, Pierre, Ramkota – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will speak at the Department of Veterans Affairs County/Tribal Veterans Service Officers Annual Training at the Ramkota in Pierre.
Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1 p.m. MDT, Rapid City, Ramkota – Lt. Gov. Matt Michels will be the guest speaker at the South Dakota Homeland Security Conference in Rapid City.
Wednesday, Aug. 27, Parkston – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will attend the Capital for a Day event in Parkston. Citizens are encouraged to attend the community social where they will have the chance to talk one-on-one with Gov. Daugaard. The social will be held at the Pony Creek Steakhouse (714 West Maple St.) from 10 to 10:45 a.m. CDT. Other activities for the day will include a Main Street walk, tours around town and a roundtable meeting.
Thursday, Aug. 28, Huron – Gov. Dennis Daugaard be at the South Dakota State Fair and will attend the Ceremony for the Century/Quasquicentennial Farms and Ranches Recognition.
