Tour de Yankton May Walk-in Hiring Event
PIERRE, S.D. – The Department of Labor and Regulation, in partnership with Yankton Thrive and Riverfront Broadcasting, will host a “Walk-in Tour de Yankton” recruiting and hiring event on Tuesday, May 16, from 2-5 p.m. CDT.
This event will be hosted at the River Rock Event Center located at 2901 Broadway Ave.
Tour de Yankton is designed to allow job seekers the opportunity to visit, apply, and possibly receive a confidential interview with one or more businesses in one location. Individuals should bring a resume and be prepared to interview for open positions.
Interested individuals needing help with a resume or cover letter prior to attending the event can call the Yankton Job Service office at 605-668-2900 to speak with a job advisor. To view open positions before the event, go to yanktonsd.com.
The next Tour de Yankton “Walk-in” hiring event featuring company tours is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20, from 2-4 p.m. CDT and will be hosted at United Way of Greater Yankton.
This event will be hosted on the third Tuesday at no cost to the business or job seeker. Businesses interested in participating in future events should contact the Yankton Job Service office.
