Informational meeting to be held Wednesday on slide area project
PLATTE, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation will hold an informational meeting to discuss the upcoming project of the slide area west of the Platte-Winner Bridge on Wednesday (June 18). The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Kings Inn Motel, located at 221 E. 7th Street in Platte.
Presenters will explain the existing roadway situation, the extent of project work involved and the expected Highway 44 closure period. Staff will be available to answer any questions.
