$64,510 Dakota Cash Jackpot Won in Watertown, $10,000 Hot Lotto Prize Won in Sioux Falls

PIERRE, S.D. - A single ticket sold in Watertown matched all five numbers in the March 2, 2013, drawing to win the $64,510 Dakota Cash jackpot, and a ticket sold in Sioux Falls matched five of five white ball numbers but missed the Hot Ball to win the $10,000 second prize in the March 2, 2013, Hot Lotto drawing.

The winning numbers for the March 2, 2013, Dakota Cash drawing are 1, 4, 5, 18 and 34. The odds of winning the game’s jackpot are 1:324,632. Winning numbers for the Hot Lotto drawing are 5, 9, 12, 36, 39 and the Hot Ball is 3. The odds of winning $10,000 playing Hot Lotto are 1:607,744.

Both ticket holders are advised to sign the back of their tickets immediately, put them in safe places, and contact the Sioux Falls Lottery office at 605-367-5840 or the Pierre Lottery office at 605-773-5770 to make arrangements to validate the tickets and claim the prizes. Winners have 180 days to claim their winnings.

Dakota Cash is played and won only in South Dakota. The jackpot starts again at $20,000 for the next drawing on Wednesday, March 6, 2013.

Hot Lotto is played in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia. The jackpot currently sits at $2.38 million for the next drawing on Wednesday.
