The board will consider funding applications and amendments for various drinking water, wastewater and recycling projects; amendments to the State Water Plan, 2014 Clean Water State Revolving Fund Project Priority List, 2014 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Project Priority List and 2013 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan; a joint powers agreement with the South Eastern Council of Governments for private entity Solid Waste Management Program loan review; completion certifications for the West River/Lyman-Jones component of the Mni Wiconi Rural Water System construction project and Perkins County Rural Water System construction project; investment banking firms for the 2014 bond issue; and a Lewis and Clark Regional Water System reimbursable grant agreement.
