PIERRE, SD— As the season of giving approaches, the South Dakota Board of Regents, in partnership with the South Dakota Department of Education and the South Dakota Board of Technical Education, invites organizations, foundations, and businesses to submit their scholarship offerings to the Our Dakota Dreams Statewide Scholarship Bulletin Board. This online platform streamlines scholarship searches for South Dakota students and expands access to organizations’ scholarship opportunities.

The Statewide Scholarship Board is a valuable resource for students and families seeking financial support for post-secondary education. The platform makes scholarships easy to find by enabling users to search for opportunities that best match them.

Submission Guidelines
To ensure scholarship opportunities are relevant and beneficial, all submissions must meet the following criteria:

• Eligibility: Scholarships must be open to students residing in South Dakota.
• Applicability: Scholarships must be usable at South Dakota public and/or private colleges and universities.
• Award Amount: The total scholarship award must be at least $250.
• Content Restrictions: Scholarships must not promote alcohol, drugs, illegal activity, or speech not protected by the First Amendment.

Organizations can submit scholarship opportunities through a simple request process. Once approved, scholarships are featured on the Statewide Scholarship Bulletin Board, reaching thousands of South Dakota students and families.
