Governor Noem to Sign Second-Chance Licensing Legislation

PIERRE, S.D. – Tomorrow, Governor Kristi Noem will sign SB 57 to provide second-chance professional licensing opportunities. Governor Noem highlighted this legislation in her State of the State Address.

Governor Noem will be joined by Jack Brewer, a nationally recognized advocate for criminal justice reform.

The signing will take place at 9:00am CT in the Capitol Rotunda. The signing will be livestreamed on Facebook.com/GovNoem.
