Flags at Half-Staff at State Capitol in Honor of Bob Haskell

PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Larry Rhoden ordered that flags be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol from sunrise until sunset on Monday, November 10, 2025, in honor of former state senator Robert “Bob” Haskell. He served in the South Dakota State Senate from 1991-1992.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am MT on Monday, November 10th, at South Canyon Lutheran Church in Rapid City, SD.
