Gov. Rhoden Signs Barber Bill into Law

PIERRE, S.D. –  Today, Governor Larry Rhoden signed SB 28, which revises provisions relating to licensing fees and license renewal dates for the practice of barbering and declares an emergency.

Governor Rhoden has signed 65 bills into law this legislative session.
