Highway 20 Opening near Stockholm

STOCKHOLM, S.D. –  Bituminous Paving Inc., a contractor for the South Dakota Department of Transportation, will be opening Highway 20 from west of Stockholm to the junction of Highway 15 today (Wednesday, July 30).

The route has been closed at two locations to remove and replace drainage structures.

Miscellaneous work will continue adjacent to the roadway with surfacing work anticipated to begin after Labor Day. All work should be completed in October.   

Total cost of this project is $3.1 million.
