Flags Raised to Full-Staff for Inauguration Day

PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be raised to full-staff statewide on January 20, 2025 in honor of the Inauguration of the 47^th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Flags should return to half-staff on January 21 and remain at half-staff until sunset on January 28 in honor of former President Jimmy Carter.
