Pierre, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Education has posted annual reports providing school districts’ performance on improving the educational outcomes of students with disabilities.

These reports address the federal requirements under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The data used is from the 2024-25 school year.

State departments publish these reports annually, including a state performance plan, which evaluates the implementation of IDEA and progress in improving outcomes for students with disabilities.
