Gov. Noem to Sign Gaming Compact with Standing Rock Sioux Tribe

Will Hold Flag-Raising Ceremony in Capitol Rotunda

PIERRE, S.D. – Governor Kristi Noem will hold a signing ceremony for the Gaming Compact between the State of South Dakota and the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe during State-Tribal Relations Day at the Capitol tomorrow.

Governor Noem will also hold a flag-raising ceremony to display tribal flags in the Capitol Rotunda.

These ceremonies will be at 10am CT in the Capitol Rotunda.
