Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Senator Lindsey Graham

PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Larry Rhoden ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately until 6 pm on Saturday, July 18, 2026, as a mark of respect for the memory of Senator Lindsey Graham.
