Tuesday, March 17, 4:30 p.m. CDT, Vermillion, 1997 Polaris Parkway Gov. Dennis Daugaard will speak at the ribbon cutting event for Polaris Industries Inc.

 

Tuesday, March 17, 7 p.m. CDT, Vermillion Gov. Dennis Daugaard will serve as the keynote speaker at the Vermillion Chamber & Economic Development Corporation Annual Meeting at the Vermillion Technology Center.

 

Monday, March 16, 12:30 p.m. CDT  A building committee of the South Dakota Board of Regents will meet via videoconference to approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Swine Education and Research Facility project at SDSU. A second meeting will occur concurrently for the purpose of informing the committee on the progress towards SDSU’s new football stadium. The two video broadcast sites will be in the Board of Regents conference room in Pierre, located at 306 E. Capitol Ave., Suite 200, and on the SDSU campus at the Pugsley Continuing Education Center, room 203. Monday, March 16, 9 a.m. CDT, Sioux Falls The South Dakota Board of Education will hold its regularly scheduled meeting at 9 a.m. CDT at Southeast Technical Institute in room 101, the Mickelson Center, 2320 N. Career Ave., in Sioux Falls. Public hearings will be held related to content standards adoption in the areas of science, social studies, fine arts and K-12 educational technology.
