Friday, Jan. 10, 1 p.m. CST The DENR Board of Water and Natural Resources will meet over the Digital Dakota Network at sites in Pierre, Aberdeen, Brookings, Mitchell, Rapid City, Sioux Falls and Watertown. Some key agenda items include a public hearing to adopt the 2014 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plan, several funding applications and amendments, Section 319 applications, and Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Funds annual reports. Tuesday, Jan. 7, to Thursday, Jan. 9 – The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation will host Job Search Assistance Programs (JSAP). JSAP is a workshop for people recovering from job loss or enhancing their job search skills. Trained instructors speak on modern-day techniques used to successfully find employment. Topics to be covered include resume and cover letter writing, interviewing etiquette, networking effectively, using social media and much more.
