State prison offender Joshua Arrow has died.

Arrow, age 24, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Jameson Prison Annex in Sioux Falls May 18.

At the time of his death, Arrow was serving sentences for discharge of a weapon at an occupied structure, eluding a police officer, and possession of a controlled substance by inmate from Minnehaha County.
