Task Force to Study Elder Abuse Appointed

During the 2015 legislative session SB 168 established an Elder Abuse Task Force to study the prevalence and impact of elder abuse in the State of South Dakota.  The Task Force will consist of seventeen members appointed by Governor Dennis Daugaard, Chief Justice David Gilbertson, Senator Corey Brown- President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Representative Dean Wink- Speaker of the House and Attorney General Marty Jackley.  The Task Force will consist of the following members:
