Saturday, June 18, 9 – 10:30 a.m. CDT, Watertown – Lt. Gov. Matt Michels will be in Watertown, S.D., on Saturday, June 18, to serve as the guest speaker for the 98th Annual Convention of the American Legion at the Ramkota Hotel and Convention Center on Highway 212.
