Cement Plant Road Work to Begin Monday

Rapid City, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) will start work on the northwest corner of the intersection of Deadwood Avenue and Cement Plant Road Monday, May 16, in Rapid City.

The radius of northwest corner of the intersection will be widened to improve truck turning movements from Deadwood Ave. onto Cement Plant Road.  The work is anticipated to be completed in two weeks.

The southbound outside lane on Deadwood Avenue and the eastbound right turn lane on Cement Plant Road will be closed during construction.
