US Hwy's 18, 18B, 18P, and SD Hwy 471 Milling and Asphalt Concrete Overlays

HOT SPRINGS/EDGEMONT, SD – The South Dakota Department of Transportation advises Bituminous Paving, Inc. will be performing asphalt milling beginning July 14 on Highways 18, 18B, 18P, and 471.

Work will start in the Hot Springs area and proceed to Edgemont on July 16.Paving operations will start the week of the July 19-23 in Hot Springs and move to Edgemont.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction and possibly one lane with a pilot car at times.

The milling and asphalt concrete paving is expected to be completed by the end of August in both the Hot Springs and Edgemont locations.
