The Board will hold its annual meeting with insurance industry representatives to determine the viability of private insurance for pollution coverage for petroleum tank owners. Other items on the agenda include a report on the financial status of the Petroleum Release Compensation Fund, an update on underground storage tank operator training, an overview of the upcoming 2014 Legislature, recommendations for board appointment and reappointments, and election of officers.
