Wasta Rest Area to Reopen

WASTA, SD – The South Dakota Department of Transportation will reopen the I-90 rest area at Wasta on May 1.

Due to full lagoon levels, this rest area has been closed for the past year. Officials anticipate the rest area staying open all summer with work to enhance the lagoon capacity being done this fall.
