(Pierre) - Darla Lyon, Director of the South Dakota Division of Insurance, announced today that the insurance agent license of Douglas Mednansky of Belle Fourche, SD has been suspended on an emergency basis. A notice of hearing will be issued in conjunction with the order of suspension alleging that Douglas Mednansky failed to cooperate in an examination of his insurance business, that insurance documents were forged by Douglas Mednansky and that he failed to remit insurance premiums to the person entitled thereto.
