YALE, S.D. – A 23-year-old Huron man died in a one-car crash Sunday, Oct. 11, near Yale.
Shawn Michael Baye was killed when the 1995 Saturn SL he was driving went off a bridge and landed on its top in Shue Creek. The exact time of the crash wasn’t immediately known.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol investigated the crash, with assistance from the Beadle County Sheriff’s Office, Beadle County Emergency Management, Beadle County Dive and Rescue, Cavour Fire and Rescue, Huron Ambulance and BeadleCounty coroner.
