State prison inmates assisting with storm cleanup near Bowdle
Pierre, S.D. – State prison inmates are assisting with cleanup efforts in the Bowdle area following a tornado this past weekend.
Fourteen inmates and three staff from Unit C, the minimum custody unit of the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls, were deployed May 23rd to the Bowdle area.
