PIERRE, S.D. – Big game hunters should note that applications for South Dakota’s 2005 East River deer and firearms antelope seasons are available.

Hunters can apply online or access the paper forms via the Game, Fish and Parks website at www.sdgfp.info. Once there, look under the subheading "Licenses and Reservations" for the link to apply electronically or access paper applications.

Firearms antelope paper applications must be postmarked on or before Friday, Aug. 12. Online applicants have up to midnight on Monday, Aug. 15 to apply online.

East River deer paper applications must be postmarked on or before Friday, Sept. 2. Online applicants have up to midnight on Monday, Sept. 5.
