Sioux Falls Woman Claims $103,487 Dakota Cash Jackpot

(Pierre) – The second of two big winners from Saturday night’s lottery drawings has claimed her prize.

Bonnie Fenicle of Sioux Falls won the $103,487 Dakota Cash jackpot by matching all five numbers in the Saturday, November 22 drawing. She claimed her prize at the Sioux Falls Lottery office this morning.

Fenicle purchased her ticket at the Econofoods on West 10th Street in Sioux Falls. The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Dakota Cash is South Dakota’s very own lotto game and is played only in South Dakota. Fenicle is the 83rd player to win the Dakota Cash jackpot since the game began in 1993.

On Monday, Gerald and Karen Moench of Aberdeen claimed the $100,000 Powerball prize they won in the Saturday, Nov. 22 drawing. They are the state’s 96th $100,000 Powerball prize winners since the Lottery began offering the game in 1992.
