Monday, December 15, Pierre, 12:00 p.m. (CST) – Electoral College Signing Ceremony-South Dakota's three Electoral College votes will be cast for Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin. The signing ceremony is scheduled for noon in the Governor's Reception Room in the Capitol. The three electors who will cast the votes are Gov. Mike Rounds, Lt. Gov.
